The year 2025 marks the final year of China’s 14th Five-Year Plan and a critical stage in advancing the development of Quality Binzhou. The newly announced key projects focus on strengthening the modern industrial system and expanding effective investment, serving as vital support for green, low-carbon, and high-quality development.
As one of the selected projects, the Beihai Chemical New Materials Logistics Center Project closely aligns with the development direction of the petrochemical new materials industry. By enhancing the chemical new materials logistics and supply chain system, the project will strengthen regional industrial support capacity and promote coordinated development across the industrial chain, further advancing Binzhou’s chemical new materials industry toward scaled, intensive, and specialized growth.
According to the Notice, Binzhou City will continue to improve project advancement mechanisms, strengthen factor support and coordinated scheduling, and ensure orderly implementation and timely completion.
